Muscle foods review- Ostrich and kangaroo
Ostrich- It was a weird tasting meat that I know no that I'm not the biggest lover of. I really wouldn't have it again. The texture was strange and was like kidney but a lot tougher. I say eat it and try it cause you never know you may like it but it is very high in proteins and there wasn't a lot of fat on it so overall it is quite good for you.
Kangaroo- This literally was just like a steak that you would get from a cow same texture, same taste and same consistency. I thoroughly enjoyed this one but as with the ostrich you won't know if you like until you try it. As I said I enjoyed it and eurge anyone to try any meat from them.
We had them with mint and herb infused new potatoes, broad beans, carrots and sprouts. It was a delicious meal and I hope that you all go and try it. I would also like any feed back on what you guys thought of it.

Sunday morning
Hey guys and gals :),
Just letting you all know that I've been absent for a bit because I've been getting in from work absolutely shattered :) but today I'm in Wigan for a christening. So I've been up since around six and ended up skipping breakfast but got something in the train station :) it wasnt the best choice but was still nice. I had a footlong sausage and cheese sandwich from subway and had a cup of tea with it. But last night I had steak that I did with a pepper and salt seasoning and broccoli peas sweetcorn and carrots :) was lovely.
I don't advise upon skipping meals because it slows your metabolism down and if you skip too many your body starts eating your muscle not fat.
Remember it's better to live one day as a lion than 100 days as sheep.

Jacket potatoes

Quick update
Just a quick post on how I'm going. Well I've been a bit down and we all know that that means...
COMFORT FOOD! It's probably one of the best yet worst things ever. When you're bored you eat but it's never anything like a banana or something healthy it's always a bag of crisps or a bar of chocolate. Which means unnecessary and unwanted fats and sugars. Now I know that I'm not the best person to be taking advice off but I know what I'm on about as I have numerous friends that are personal trainers, rugby players etc, not to mention that my uncle is ex marines(so I do know what I am on about).
Well tonight for tea I am consuming sausage casserol :P Yummy
My mum has also just placed an order with an online company called musclefood. This company sells meat via the internet but it's not just like your bogstandard chicken, lamb etc they sell thing like osterich, crocodile, zebra etc. It's all really nice and although it's quite expensive(ish) it's deffinatley worth it if your're trying to gain size as the meats that are sold on the website are very high in protein and not that high in fats especially sat fats. Veg I'll probably suggest going to you're local supermarket because they stay fresher but if you support british farmers with fair prices go to a greengrocer in your local market or what not.
now as it is getting colder I suggest if anyone goes for early morning runs like me investing in some thermals or as the rugby teams call them 'skins'. They are basically skin tight tops and bottoms and are really good for keeping the cold out and the warm in. You can pick them up for about £10 for a decent top like I did. I went to m and m direct and it was a canterbury one and it has lasted me for ages. You can also pick them up from your local sports store such as Sportsdirect and JJB. I will also advise on getting a running partner especially if you're route takes you through the woods because it's always essential to be safe. For me it's not that much of a problem because I'm like 5'9" and of a pretty big build so I look pretty intimidating especially when running at a fast pace towards anyone. But I don't really see anyone out and about at that time on a morning.
I am also planning tomorrow's lunch and it will be a tin of tuna a jacket potato and some veg. I personally like mine with a bit of flavour to it and a friend of the family told me that if you use salt pepper and olive oil then mix up to make a paste then once the potato has been stabbed(to make holes) cover all of the potato in the paste you have made it makes the potato moist and the skin crispy but not too crispy. Also because the potato has become moist there is no need to put butter on.

But oh well Ive lost weight :) now it's back on the weight loss train next stop 11st me :) if I can that is because I spent a lot of high school in the school gym and I am packing muscle :).

Monday weigh in.
Good morning guys :)
Well today is a very good day indeed :)
Every Monday morning is weigh in day to see if I've LOST stayed the same or put on weight :) I will include some things I've particularly found difficult strange or east and any foods I've found really good or not so good :)
So as I was saying today is a good day indeed as I have lost 4lbs this week and this makes me happy very happy because over the weekend my food choices haven't been particularly great but to those aiming to lose weight just remember that the key to loosing weight and keeping it off is not eliminating all chocolate crisps etc it's to just minimise the amount you consume :) I found that out the hard weight and in about two weeks I'm expecting my weight to increase because my partner is going to uni and I'd be lying if I said I wasnt sitting bloody bricks :) but just keeping strong through that is key :) Im going to try eliminating the chocolate and crisps foods in the future but who knows :)
Have a good day guys :)
Peace :)

Sunday dinner!
BOOM! Sunday is here and the British people that view this will understand what that means, SUNDAY DINNER! It is the like the best thing ever invented and I love it like forever :) mmmmmmmmm it's like the best thing ever. Like anyone who hasn't had it I urge people to try it :) OMG! But yeah I went out last night with my girlfriend and her family for a meal and OMG it was so nice but it probably wasn't the healthiest choice but it was a double chicken burger and it had monterrey jack cheese on it with chips and I had a desert. Since this weekend has been a complete crap fest foodwise next week means I'm going to be harsh on what I eat :) haha

Weekend is here
Well guys it's finally the weekend! Yaayyy!
This weekend is probably going to result in me putting weight on or loosing like a pound if that. This is due to me making a cheesecake for desert for Sunday dinner and going out for a meal tomorrow. But oh well I will try and maximise the weight loss and make sure I exercise enough throughout the day :) Im ready to lose all the weight through now through hardwork and dedication haha
Making good progress :)
Good morning guys :)
Well today is Friday and everyone knows what that means :4
Yep the weekend!
I weighed my self this morning as a little progress thing and Ive lost 5lbs since my last post! Yes 5 whole pounds, to many this is none but to me this is huge I've like lost half a stone in a few days! And for tea tonight it's chicken and chorizo pasta and believe me it's bloody gorgeous :)
But I think I've lost weight due to changing what I'm eating throughout the day. Like for breakfast I have a bowl of cereal
Lunch a sandwich, a yoghurt a piece of fruit and occasionally a packet of crisps. And for tea it can be anything from a piece of meat or fish and some veg, or whatever.
But I found out the hard way that no food is off limits just put on limits like chocolate crisps etc reduce it to a few times a week :)
