Calorie in take.
Good morning guys and gals :)
Well I've reduced my calorie on take to around 1500 calories a day. Now there is some people out there that are now screaming at their screens saying nooooooo that's not healthy it's not good for you etc. Guys I have done it before and I was perfectly fine. I didn't have any problems with energy throughout the day and I found that I was loosing an healthy amount of weight and all was good! I'm changing my unhealthy relationship with food and I'm trying to change what I eat and when I eat :)

Good morning!
Well since changing what I'm eating abd the amount I've found that I'm getting hungry say in between breakfast and my mid morning snack but I'm finding it easier to not snack on unhealthy things that we get at work such as cookies, biscuits and chocolate bars. Breakfast used to consist of a bowl of cereal with a teaspoon of sugar where as now it is 30grams of porridge and honey or a teaspoon of sweetener and somedays I'll have a banana chopped up into it :) or just eat it before or after. Lunch is a bagel with some meat in with 1 small pepper or 1/2 a large one, a handful of spinach and some cucumber with a piece of fruit and a cup if green tea. Tea is whatever is made for me(don't really get a choice)
And I have for my mid morning and mid afternoon snack is a piece of fruit and a cup of peppermint tea. I just generally drink green tea or dilute juice through out the day.

Muscle foods review- Ostrich and kangaroo
Ostrich- It was a weird tasting meat that I know no that I'm not the biggest lover of. I really wouldn't have it again. The texture was strange and was like kidney but a lot tougher. I say eat it and try it cause you never know you may like it but it is very high in proteins and there wasn't a lot of fat on it so overall it is quite good for you.
Kangaroo- This literally was just like a steak that you would get from a cow same texture, same taste and same consistency. I thoroughly enjoyed this one but as with the ostrich you won't know if you like until you try it. As I said I enjoyed it and eurge anyone to try any meat from them.
We had them with mint and herb infused new potatoes, broad beans, carrots and sprouts. It was a delicious meal and I hope that you all go and try it. I would also like any feed back on what you guys thought of it.

Sunday morning
Hey guys and gals :),
Just letting you all know that I've been absent for a bit because I've been getting in from work absolutely shattered :) but today I'm in Wigan for a christening. So I've been up since around six and ended up skipping breakfast but got something in the train station :) it wasnt the best choice but was still nice. I had a footlong sausage and cheese sandwich from subway and had a cup of tea with it. But last night I had steak that I did with a pepper and salt seasoning and broccoli peas sweetcorn and carrots :) was lovely.
I don't advise upon skipping meals because it slows your metabolism down and if you skip too many your body starts eating your muscle not fat.
Remember it's better to live one day as a lion than 100 days as sheep.
Caio for now
